β 1-Star Review β Very Unprofessional Dental Office I have been bringing my kids to this dental office for over 5 years, and I am very disappointed with this office. The owner and some of the workers are very rude and unprofessional. They do not seem to care about how they talk to parents or how their actions make children feel. This is a childrenβs dental office, so I feel the workers should be kind, patient, respectful, and understanding. The way they talk to you is very disrespectful. They also do not communicate well with parents. When you speak up about something you do not agree with or have a problem with, they make you feel like you are the problem. I was even sent a letter saying that my kids could not come back after I spoke up about my concerns. After bringing my children there for more than 5 years, I think that is very wrong. Parents should be able to speak up for their children without being treated badly. The waiting area is also a big concern for me. It is not clean. The rugs where the kids play are dirty. The walls are dirty. The chairs do not look like they are being wiped down properly. Kids are sitting and playing in this area, so I feel it should be cleane

It saddens me to say this but Iβve been bringing my kids here for years, prior to it getting new owners. This place was so much better with Dr Del Gaiso. Thereβs really no where to park when coming here without having to circle around to find parking. When I brought 3 of my children in 14 minutes after the appt time she got nasty with me saying there is no grace period. Then told me we will see one of your kids. I took off work to bring my kids there and got turned away for 14 mins probably less than that because I had to wait in line while she helped other families. Now they just lost three patients because I will not be returning.

I am born and raised in Delco and absolutely dread driving into the cityβthe traffic, the heat, and the Broad/Juniper Street parking situation had me completely scatterbrained and panicking today. I actually had to run back out right after checking in just to make sure my car was going to be okay! But the second I walked back into the clinic, all that city stress completely melted away. I shit you not, the dentist was literally singing Disney songs to my daughter while repairing her teeth! The Disney music playing and his amazing, gentle energy made the entire room feel incredibly safe. After everything was done, the dentist even complimented how good she was. If you are a suburban parent who is hesitant about making the trip down here, let me tell you, it is worth it. This office is a hidden gem with some of the coolest, most comforting energy you will ever find for your kids. Thank you for turning a stressful morning into such a beautiful experience!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this pediatric dental office. When it comes to caring for children, patience, kindness, and clear communication should be the standard; unfortunately, that was not reflected during this visit. The staff came across as rushed and dismissive, showing very little compassion or understanding. I have been bringing my children to this office for over 10 years and have never had an experience like this, which makes the situation even more disheartening. Most concerning was how a sensitive matter regarding my child was handled. My seven-year-old was exposed to information about a potential diagnosis in a way that I found inappropriate and lacking in care and discretion. When I raised my concerns, I felt dismissed rather than heard. I brought this to the attention of the site manager, Flo, who was also dismissive and appeared to make excuses for the situation rather than addressing it with the seriousness it deserved. As a parent, you trust healthcare professionals to create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for your children. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet those expectations. Based on this experience, I will b
